Term limits also gets rid of the good guys and effectively puts everybody in office as a lame duck. What we need is a way to get rid of them WHENEVER we are not satisfied with them without letting them do damage until an election.

We all need to boycott California and their products and services. Start with truckers not hauling loads out there or their produce out.
