Apparently stealing the election was being planned from the time Trump got elected. The events resulting in this suit began in 2017/2018. I think voting system manufacturers ought to also be sued as it took both to collude the changes. Currently there is a motion by defendants to dismiss for lack of venue and failure to state a claim.
