I have always believed cars should be able to run on water, separate the hydrogen and oxygen, burn the hydrogen and emit the oxygen into the air. David Ralston was elected Speaker of the House in 2010 with a healthy majority of the vote. In 2011 Stacey Abrams was nominated but requested her name be withdrawn from the nominations.
